One of TV's celebrity chefs, Gino has been a regular on 'Saturday Kichen', 'Ready Steady Cook', 'This Morning' and 'Great Food Live'. His expertise lies in Italian cuisine and co-owns Bontà Italia Ltd., a leading supplier of Italian ingredients and is key in developing ready meals specifically the Tesco Finest range.

The first trial of the series Gino took part with Sam Fox, swimming through shark infested waters to spend the night on a deserted island.
The trial encountered invoved holding a spider in their mouths , encounters with eels and octopus and for Gino wearing a helmet into which spiders were introduced. Nine of the eleven stars were secured.
For an aracnaphobe his performance was impressive

SLIP N SLIDE
In one of the most hilarious trials so far Gino and Stuart were suspended in two perspex tubes filled with slime and suspended over the river. The challenge was physical but not about bugs or beasties. Gino was enormous comic relief to Stuart's straight man. Ten Stars won

OFF YOUR TROLLEY
Another two hander this time with Justin. More physical than scary, one pushes shopping trolley with other in it to find stars amongst rotting fruit and veg and a few surprises. Always amusing if Gino is involved and Justin is not short of witticisms. Won 3 of a possible 5 stars.
