I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here 2008

The 8th series of I'm a Celebrity ran in 2008 from 16th November to the 5th December.  It was won by the ex Eastenders soap star Joe Swash who was the bookies favourite to win from the start.  The show started with ten contestants with a further two (Timmy Mallett and David Van Day) being added to the jungle on day 5.

Chosen for no othe reason than to attract a male audience was Nicola McLean (pictured to the right) and Joe Coles fiance Carly Zucker, McLean was evicted from the jungle on day eighteen whilst Carly Zucker only managed to last for thirteen days being the third celebrity to be voted off.
